Due to their large working width and remarkable feed speed, these machines are ideal for large workloads and product quality. The AG double-rotor rake series ranges from a working width of 6.50 m to 8 m, and they can be chosen either as three-point hitch or semi-trailed models. In transport mode, the two rotors can be hydraulically folded, achieving a transport width of 2.50 m, while the transport height is 3.8 m, but by removing some arms and closing the guards, a maximum height of 2.8 m can be reached.
TANDEM CARRIAGE: both rotors are equipped with four freely rotating wheels, allowing the rake to perfectly follow uneven ground, leaving the hay clean of stones or dirt residues.
SUPPLEMENTARY WHEEL: particularly suitable for undulating and rough terrain.
WORKING HEIGHT ADJUSTMENT: all our rakes are equipped with a knob to adjust the working height according to the terrain and wear of the tines, ensuring consistent raking quality. Upon request, our machines can be equipped with a hydraulic system for adjusting the working height.
STEERING TRANSPORT CARRIAGE: this system makes the semi-trailed rakes very maneuverable, even in the tightest curves.
ADJUSTABLE WORKING WIDTH: thanks to the hydraulic system, it is possible to precisely choose the working width you want to maintain, always ensuring the best possible productivity.
TINES: The shot-peened spring tines are far more durable than standard spring tines. The anti-loss device prevents tines from falling into the windrow.
