• Direct Transmission: All T-FRG series machines are equipped with direct transmission from the gear unit to the cutting bar via the PTO shaft, ensuring higher efficiency and reliability.
• Perfect Cutting in Any Condition: The freely rotating lower discs enable perfect and clean cutting even in challenging conditions such as wet terrain or grass laid down by the wind.
• Perfect Swaths: The cutting guidance system on both the cutting discs and the drums guarantees perfectly shaped and well-ventilated swaths, improving forage quality.
• Quick Knife Replacement: Thanks to a special tool, knives can be replaced quickly and safely, facilitating maintenance.
• Easy Maintenance: The folding protections make maintenance easy, with minimal effort required from the operator.
• Terrain Adaptability: With the machine's balancers, it adapts perfectly to the ground, with an oscillation angle of ±10°. The lightening springs ensure uniform support of the cutting bar without putting excess pressure on the ground.
• Safety Release: In case of impacts with obstacles in the field, the safety release mechanism disengages the cutting bar to limit potential damage to the machine.
• Hydraulically Adjustable Central Drawbar: This allows mowing both on the right and left side of the tractor, providing greater operational flexibility.

TRAILED MOWER CONDITIONERS T-FRG/R AND T-FRG/F SERIES

All of our trailed mowers can be equipped with either rubber roller or plastic flail conditioners. The direct transmission via the gear unit to the conditioner prevents clogging due to traction slippage, ensuring regular and well-ventilated swaths at all times.

Features and Use of Our Conditioners

• Flail Conditioner: The plastic flails scrape the waxy surface of leaves and stems, breaking the stems to speed up moisture loss. During conditioning, the grass is lifted, creating a wide swath behind the mower, which allows for rapid wilting and drying while preserving nutrients and ensuring higher forage quality.
• Rubber Roller Conditioner: The rubber roller conditioner crushes and splits the stems lengthwise, speeding up moisture loss. This type of conditioning is recommended for crops like alfalfa and ryegrass, as it does not damage delicate leaves and preserves nutritional value. It prevents leaf shredding and protein loss, ensuring higher nutritional value and better forage quality.
