All FRD series cutting bars are manufactured in our facility and ensure a fast and uniform cut of forage. Built with only high-quality materials to ensure consistent reliability over time.
STRENGTHS
Discs of our own design are made from high-quality steel with a thickness of 5mm, ensuring excellent durability over time. They also allow for optimal conveying of the cut grass. Discs with a quick-change knife system are also available.
Disc transmission system is attached to the cutting bar via a double bearing, providing resistance to high working stresses.
Safety transmission system to the disc. Our gear shafts are designed with a groove to prevent damage to the internal mechanics in case of breakage of a single gear.
Easy maintenance, thanks to the tilting protections, making maintenance simple with minimal effort from the operator.
Safety release: in case of impact with obstacles in the field, the safety release mechanism allows the cutting bar to disengage, significantly limiting damage to the machine.
Terrain adaptability: thanks to the sensing point at the beginning of the bar, our machines can achieve cutting angles of up to ± 30°.
To ensure durability and reliability, all our machines undergo rigorous checks and are field-tested after every modification made.
