Discs of Our Own Design
Our discs are made of high-quality 5mm thick steel, ensuring excellent durability over time. They also allow for optimal handling of the cut grass. Additionally, discs with a quick knife-change system are available.
Disc Transmission System
The disc transmission system is attached to the cutting bar using a double bearing, ensuring resistance to high working stresses.
Disc Transmission Safety System
Our shaft gears are equipped with a groove so that if a single gear breaks, the entire internal mechanism is not compromised.

FRONT-MOUNTED MOWER CONDITIONERS F-FRD/R AND F-FRD/F SERIES
All of our front-mounted mowers can be equipped with either rubber roller or hard plastic flail conditioners. Thanks to the direct gearbox transmission to the conditioner, clogging caused by slippage is avoided, ensuring a consistent and well-aerated swath.
FEATURES AND USAGE OF OUR CONDITIONERS
FLAIL CONDITIONER
The flail conditioner, made of plastic, scrapes the waxy surface of the leaves and stems and breaks the stems to accelerate moisture loss. During conditioning, the grass is lifted, forming a wide swath behind the mower.
Conditioning achieves rapid wilting or drying, preserving nutrients and ensuring better forage quality.
RUBBER ROLLER CONDITIONER
The rubber roller conditioner crushes the stems and opens them lengthwise, accelerating moisture loss. This type of conditioning is recommended for forage crops like alfalfa and ryegrass, as it does not damage the delicate leaves and preserves their nutritional value.
When using a rubber roller conditioner, the delicate leaves of the plant remain intact. This type of conditioning prevents leaf fragmentation and protein loss, ensuring higher nutritional value and better forage quality.
To ensure durability and reliability, all our machines undergo rigorous controls and are field-tested after each modification.
